Lip tie or not?

I just posted about a potential tongue tie and a couple of people mentioned lip tie as well. I watched a video on youtube about lip ties and it said babies top lip doesn’t need to flange when latching and that in the uk they dont usually do anything with lip tie until before adult teeth as there are no studies to suggest it effects feeding but may cause gaps between two front teeth thats why they would snip it before adult teeth come through Does this look like a lip tie to you?
