Best cream for nappy rash (sensitive skin)

My little girl has happy rash (it’s only between her bum cheeks and around her bits) bum is okay.
I’ve tried putting bepanthen on but it’s made it so much worse.
She has regular nappy changes and nappy off time.
I’ve tried sudocrem in the past which doesn’t make much difference. She’s also moisturised with baby aveeno every night which she gets on well with.

We just use Tesco’s own nappy cream. The less you use the better also I found if you massage the bend out of nappy first so you can get it closer to the bum, helped a lot too! ☺️

Metanium has been the best and quickest for nappy rash. But I'd deffo use aveeno or weleda as well. But we find our little ones goes after 1 go of metanium xx

Our little girl had persistent nappy rash for a few weeks and sudocrem or benpanthen did nothing. Then Weleda nappy cream worked within a few days when we tried that (the yellow box one)
