What do you call your period?

Depends on who I'm talking to. My mom/women in my family, we call it The Gherks. Don't ask me why I don't know where it came from.

With a girlfriend I would probably say my period if I was referring to it or "I started bleeding today", if I needed to tell her I was on my period.

With my partner I say I am menstruating. Keep it scientific for him lol

I say "I'm due on" or "I'm on"
The funnier thing is hubbys description of sanitary towels being 'ladies equipment '
