how old is your little one?

My toddler had no independent sleep at all at 2.5 years old and they helped her to sleep in her own bed and put her to sleep and gave me the tools to continue working on it at home, my 3 month old needed to be held or in the carrier for every single sleep, even co sleeping wasn’t good enough for him and he would only sleep 30 minutes at a time and breastfed constantly. After leaving Tresillian he was sleeping in a cot and getting 3-6 hour stretches of sleep and breastfeeding every 3 hours during the day and 3-6 overnight
