Any advice for healing a yeast diaper rash?

Been battling a yeast diaper rash for about a month. We've tried a few things and just need some tips or pointers that your pediatricians might have given you. Or just affirmation that it takes time to get rid of it and to let my "I'm-freaking-out-it's-not-healing-what-the-hell-am-I-doing-wrong-I'm-a-horrible-mother" brain calm down. 😬😬😬
