Payrise for NHS staff on Mat Leave

Hey, Just wondering if anyone here works for the NHS and knows the answer. You'll know NHS workers are getting a pay rise and also a lump sum figure. The lump sum is from 2022/23 and the pay rise is 2023/24. If we have been on mat leave since last August will we will be entitled and receiving the lump sum payment? My trust has said payments will be in Junes pay. I don't want to get my hopes up but that lump sum would come in handy right now! Thank you 😊

I don’t work for NHS but I went off in July and my work got a lump sum in Jan and I still got it

Hi I think we do as I am in the same situation this is on the nhs employers website 13. What payments will staff who have been on parental/maternal/adoption leave receive?
Staff on maternity/parental/adoption leave remain employed and are therefore eligible to receive the non-consolidated payments. This will be based on their pay point on the 31 March 2023. Fingers crossed we do xx

I'm in the same boat. Fingers crossed we get something. I'm due to go back to work in July so I'm not getting much this month and next 😬

We do get it 💜

Yeah I believe so as we are employed from 31/03, im just glad it counts that date before I return on reduced hours ha x

I really hope we get it! I wonder is the pay out date standardised?

Thanks everyone! I guess we'll find out in our June payslips 🤞🏻🤞🏻
