Baby shower… Baby registry ( I have one but no one got anything off it)

I’m due in 13 weeks or less!!! i don’t know if i’m the only one, and i’m sorry if this comes off any other way than it’s supposed to but is anyone else worried that people won’t show up to their baby shower or give gifts from the registry? i’m supposed to have a baby shower just 15th! No one has got anything off my baby registry besides 1 person. And out of over 50 some people only 8 are going and 13 put maybe so idk if I’ll even have a baby shower.
