Protein powder

I don’t work out much, but I try my best to do some squats, crunches, jumping jacks, oblique twists… should I take protein powder in my morning coffee? The one I have is 120 calories. Will it make me gain weight since I’m not super active? Or will it help me lose weight?

It’s a good idea too.

It won’t make you gain weight! Eating high protein diet is the most sustainable way to loose weight. As long as your daily calories are under your TDEE you’ll loose weight. You find your TDEE online as an “estimate”

The only thing that makes you gain weight is a calorie surplus. Protein high meals are a great way to start the day, consider adding healthy fats to increase your satiety.

You can gain weight depending on which product you're using, many aren't clean and have really harmful ingredients. This can cause inflammation, gut health issues and even disrupt your hormones just like other food products. Depending on where you're at in your PP journey matters on if it will benefit or not.
