Can you use pregnacare when breastfeeding?

I’m taking my last box of Pregnacare to use them up but my son is 1 and I’m not bf 😂
If you check the ingredients in both the pregnancy pregnacare and the breastfeeding pregnacare, you’ll notice that 2 pills of the breastfeeding one contains the same ingredients of 1 pill of the pregnancy pregnacare. The only difference is that they have less vitamin e (for hair and nails), DHA (fish oil for brain development) and calcium (for bones). So what I’m doing is: using the pregnancy pregnacare and then add a calcium tablet and a vitamin e tablet from sainsburys and a fish tablet from another brand. You get so much more for the money that way! And if you buy the pregnacare from their website (vitabiotics) you get 3 for 2 so you save even more money 😊 good luck
That’s fine. I took prenatals while BF I didn’t take anything for BF. Plus “hair skin nails” to help w hair loss and to keep my glow that I had during pregnancy
