Freaking out

Throughout this pregnancy I’ve been really calm and collected. Now that I’ve reached the 30 week mark, it’s finally sinking in that I’m almost there and I’m starting to freak out. Any suggestions or anyone else feeling the same?

I did with my first when I realised 10 weeks to go or less, I did yoga for pregnancy it really helped

This is me right now!! The enormity of how much my life will change literally overwhelms me!!!! But we got this 🙌 xxx

Meditation will chill you right out. 20 minutes a day and you’ll be a zen MF in no time. 😘😘

Try to focus on the happy side rather than the scary thoughts. Everything will be fine, you're probably way more prepared than you think & way more able than you think. I suffer from anxiety & i find breathing exercises really helpful. Big inhale for 4 secs, hold for 2, exhale for 8, 8 times. Calms me right down. Meditation can help but its not everyones cup of tea. You got this 🥰🥰
