Haven’t yet, but stews, muffins & curries are usually my go tos for things that freeze & thaw well.

I’ve heard iron rich food is key after labour so will be doing chilli, spag bol, beef casseroles etc.

Rice bowls (Greek style or with zucchini, broccoli, chicken etc) I love a good rice bowl. So filling and easy to prep

yeh, lasagne, curries, and some other bits

I’ve got some chilli in the freezer, also bought some easy to whack in the airfryer stuff so my hub can easily whip something up for us

I’ve done mac and cheese, veggie chilli, meat chilli, and some Mexican pulled chicken in the slow cooker. I like the bored of lunch recipes on Instagram when I’m feeling short on inspiration.

We made lasagna, chili, Shepard's pie and curry! And some slow cooked pulled pork that we can easily turn into burritos 🌯

My sister in law just brought a load round. She’s done spag Bol, chilli, a pie and a curry! 💖

@Coral rice bowls sound yummy but I've never made one before, do you have e any recipes please?

@Natalie clearly not all sister in laws are created equal. Treasure her!

We’ve done bolognese, cheeseburger pasta, curry, cottage pie, chicken and pesto pasta and a sausage, pea and potato dish

@Sarah haha I know. I’m very lucky!!

Yep, my saviour! I’ve done some chilli, spag bol, mango chicken and chicken curry. Also got some other meals that are just easy to whip up. I wish I could have done more but ran out of freezer space 😂

Also got lasagne and chilli in the freezer, as well as puttanesca sauce for pasta 😋
