YouTube baby sensory and sleep regression

We’re having the hardest time with baby girls 4 month sleep regression, going into our fourth week, fighting naps, nursing strikes some days because she literally can’t be bothered to put the work in, can’t get her down on an evening, and when we do she’s awake every 30 mins after! We’ve figured out, for our own sanity and health at this point, that she loves Encanto, and will bounce and laugh and smile along. Tonight it’s been so difficult we’ve resorted to moving her crib in front of the bedroom TV and have let her fall asleep watching sensory on YouTube. I feel so so guilty and like I’m failing her massively, but it’s sent her off in less than 10 minutes, and we might actually get an hour or so sleep. My partner says online it sounds a lot more common than you’d think, has anyone else had to do this? Has anyone got any tips that’s helping them through their baby’s regressions? Please help, I’ve just had my hair done, it cost a fortune and I don’t want it to fall out
