Carobel
So my baby is 7 weeks old today. He’s on SMA alfamino 4oz every few hours, he’s got awful reflux and I’m trying carobel for the first time, I’m so confused how to use it. Can anyone explain it to me please? I’m using MAM teets size 1 also.

I haven’t used it myself but have read to size up the teat if using a thickener as it’ll slow down the flow too much!
My little one started using this yesterday, she’s on 5oz and I put one scoop in. She’s on MAM size 2 teat
