Can I use INFACOL for CMPA?

I read online that Infacol is not CMPA friendly????? Is that true ???

My wee one has a cmpa and I use infacol and dentinox at every feed. If it don’t she’s just really windy and uncomfy. Never had issues with it

The infacol caused my baby to projectile vomit pretty much his entire feed each time. So we don’t use anymore and he has CMPA
