@Sarah it’s just 50g of oats, 1 banana, 1 tbsp vegetable/olive oil and whatever plant based milk you like! Chuck it all in a blender and keep adding milk until you get a thick pancake batter! Only thing with these is that they really need to be cooked low and slow otherwise the middle doesn’t cook and the outside burns xx
