My midwife said I could have fish, just not too often as it's high in some mineral/vitamin and can overdo it if eaten too much! I tend to have fish once a week atm
tuna tends to have more mercury so it’s best not to have it everyday but a few times a week is fine!! 🫶🏻 definitely check with your midwife if you aren’t sure
