I have been struggling to cook during my pregnancy and recently found Amy’s organic soups. They make lunch a bit healthier and still easy. The linings are BPA free. Do you think eating canned food like this on a regular basis is bad? My doctor never advised against it, but the internet seems to believe canned food is a bad option.

I never had trouble when I ate it while I was pregnant.

Fuck the internet. Seriously. People will say anything and everything is bad. Eat what you can.

BPA free is the only thing to worry about!

I ate canned raviolis all the dang time😂 and I use canned veggies for a lot of my dinners. No problems

Nope it saved me during pregnancy because my nausea was so bad it took all my energy to just open a can and heat up the contents.
Eat what you can! (Hahaha) but the internet will basically say pregnant women need to be in a bubble only Ben cause everything is “bad”. You’re getting nutrients to help you and your growing baby. Eat that yummy soup!

Yeah it’s totally safe

My nutritionist told me that the health factor of food goes like this. Fresh is best, if you can't have fresh have frozen, if you can't have that then eat canned. Just make sure to rinse the extra salt off the canned foods.
