Ex 28 weeker - sleeping!
How can I get my preemie baby to sleep anywhere other than on me? 🤦🏼♀️ she was born at 28 weeks and has been home for nearly two weeks now but at night she refuses to sleep anywhere apart from in my arms. She has a Moses basket, wears a swaddle up suit, has white noise….. 😩

@Rebecca thank you for relying! 🥰 I think my daughter is going through the same thing, she slept so silently in NICU but now she is grunting and groaning all night long so think she may also have a bit of colic!
@Katy Aww apparently colic and reflux are common in premature babies! 🥺 x

My daughter was born 8 weeks early and after 2 weeks at home, she developed colic and we literally couldn't put her down day or night without her crying 😫 It took months before we could put her down in her bedside crib at night and stay sleep for any decent amount of time 😅 Sometimes we did co-sleeping just so we could get a little bit of sleep! Then we did contact naps for a long time... Unfortunately it was just a matter of time, but it doesn't help that she's always had a FOMO and is hyper aware of everything going on around her 🙈 Hopefully it won't be long until you can get some sleep soon! x
