Hi ladies,
Is there a women support group in Bangor (North Wales) ? In urgent need of some psychological support regarding my marriage. I feel it’s time to move on . I also feel I should stay even if I am unhappy because of my kids. I feel confused rn

Hi, North Wales Women's Centre is based in Rhyl, I think they may be able to help. Even if you can't travel that far they may have info on something more local for you.
