Is anyone else interested in yoga? I’ve been going by myself for months and I think it would be nice to have a yoga buddy 🧘🏼♀️ / ☕️

@Annie oh I never heard of shanti, is it good??? I’m going to hot pod yoga, gateshead and the jesmond one. I used to go to life x yoga studio but I found them to focused on the breathing rather than the flow
Yeah lush community health place. Although I think my favourite teacher has just stopped doing her evening class! I’ll have a look at the schedule again it’s been a while.. never tried hot yoga… not sure I could hack it 😂
