Hypnobabies was really helpful.
MOMs orange county is a free option. The most helpful to me was WIC classes, they are super in depth and you can really get to know the counselors there on a deeper level as you get a peer counselor that will check in with you throughout your pregnancy. But also, most classes I found were online, not sure where to go for in person classes
