Strange feeling

I am 3 days late for my period beginning and they are usually like clockwork. Tests are still saying negative. Laying in bed last night though it truly felt like I had a baby in there and it was moving. Like it was the pressure against the belly like when you are pregnant and they are wiggling around. What on earth was it!?!
