YES! lacteck’s silicone flanges and they’re fantastic. I sized down from the “plastic” flange size and found them to work best. Also using a pumping spray by Legendary Milk with each pump session

I got the knock-off Idaho Jones silicone flanges and use Coboo spray with them! Before I discovered silicone flanges, I just used silicone inserts in the appropriate size for my nipples and they worked just as well!

You could also try beaugen cushions or pumpin pals flanges.

@Lesly @Jessica Some people have nipples that stretch while pumping so that they extend to the end (or almost to the end) of the flange tunnel.
