Where did you get the discount

The code they gave me didn’t work either. I went back in and queried it and it was a head office error so it was affecting all the stores in the country. (If you are after the 20% discount, it might be the same issue. The 10% and 15% codes worked fine for me.) Once I went in and asked about it they gave me an updated code that worked. The only other thing to check is that your items are not from any excluded ranges, like I think Egg for example doesn’t qualify for discount. X

You meet with a sales rep who talks you through any items you’re interested in, and then just because you attended the appointment they give you discount on almost anything from their baby range. 10% off £1000 spend. 15% off £1500. 20% off £2000

We had this the other day too! You need to make sure you are using the same email for your John Lewis account as the email address that received the code. X
