Hi Everyone! Anyone here have a child with a parent that doesn't speak Russian? How do you teach your kids?
Hey Victoria, I’m pregnant with my first baby but my husband doesn’t speak Russian, so I’m wondering about how I’ll manage to teach my child Russian as well. I think if you’re a SAHM it’s easier to just speak in Russian with your child, but when you’re not and you’re with the child at the same time as your husband is, you may predominately speak English.
Hi Valeria! My daughter is in daycare full time that isn't Russian speaking.
I do want to sign her up for Russian school when she is a little older
Also regarding Russian restaurants, I love Kabaret and had my daughter's Godik there:)

And as far as the school, I was just speaking with Indigo Kids in Fair Lawn which seems great and is a Russian speaking Montessori school, but it’s probably far for you.
