I burned 200 calories on the Strider (sorta like a ski machine), then rowed 2k on the rowing machine, lastly 10 lateral pulls. I’m wondering whether this affects the embryo formation and therefore may have a chance of negative pregnancy. Haven’t got my period yet but I got a negative HCG result in blood test 13dpo.
