Hi again! I’m back with this cycle’s two week wait symptom log with another confirmed pregnancy.
During my previous cycle, I became pregnant but unfortunately lost the pregnancy at 4 weeks and 3/4 days. You can find the symptom log for that pregnancy pinned at the top of this group under the title "Symptoms 4-10 DPO with Confirmed Pregnancy." I marked the first day of bleeding from the miscarriage as cycle day 1. I experienced bleeding for 4-5 days and began testing immediately following the end of my menstruation. Initially, the lack of progression in the OPKs was causing stress, but then on CD 15, I finally received a positive OPK!

Noticed mild backache, fatigue, hot flashes, breast soreness when compressed, joint pain, vaginal discomfort, and bloating. Experienced moderate cramps more consistently than the previous day, along with gassiness. Also had a heightened sense of smell, detecting distant scents like partner pouring dog food and dental instrument materials.
Emotionally, felt sensitive, short-tempered, tearful, and anxious.

Observed significant cervical mucus discharge, leading to frequent panty liner changes. Experienced mild lower backache, breast soreness, gassiness, and reduced appetite (due to tendency for nausea). Moderate fatigue was also present.
𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟲𝘁𝗵 – 𝟴 𝗗𝗣𝗢 𝗖𝗗: 𝟮𝟱/𝟮𝟲
Experienced mild nausea, indigestion, and evening cramping, along with pelvic pain. Noted a suspicion that my period might arrive in a couple of days due to these symptoms.
Emotionally, felt sensitive, tearful, anxious, and irritable.
𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟳𝘁𝗵 – 𝟵 𝗗𝗣𝗢 𝗖𝗗: 𝟮𝟲/𝟮𝟳
This day and night were particularly challenging! Experienced a mild migraine which later escalated to severe, along with mild nausea that progressed to a moderate level. Also noted mild breast tenderness and moderate indigestion. I also felt mildly feverish and sensitive to touch.
Emotionally, I was extremely irritable and inconsolable. It felt as if I couldn't find comfort in my own skin. I was very tearful and snappy.
𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟴 – 𝟭𝟬 𝗗𝗣𝗢 𝗖𝗗: 𝟮𝟳/𝟮𝟴
Received a POSITIVE hCG result at 10:30 am using a 6-hour held urine or first morning urine.
I felt tightness in my lower abdomen and right side along with most of the previously mentioned symptoms.
Tests used: Easy@Home & CVS digital that reads ‘pregnant’ or ‘not pregnant’
It's important to remember that every body and every pregnancy are unique. Don't worry if you don't get a positive pregnancy test as early as 10 DPO. If you test negative and Aunt Flo hasn't arrived, consider testing again in 2 days! This time around, I noticed a few symptoms that I didn't experience during my previous pregnancy. Additionally, some symptoms that I did experience before were different this time. Remember, this waiting period is like a cozy chapter in your journey – a time filled with hopeful anticipation. So, don't let the allure of symptom spotting or early testing dim the joy of this beautiful moment! 🌟

Congratulations lovely! Xx

I’m having similar symptoms this month but not certain on my ovulation as I didn’t test due to being on holiday. Trying to hold out!
