Endo and folic acid

Hi, just want to see if anyone has ever experienced the same as me I am ttc and currently under a fertility specialist and they have prescribed folic acid but every-time I take folic acid my stomach swells and it triggers my endometriosis causing so much pain and discomfort I don’t know what to do cause I need it to conceive but it makes me so unwell I’ve had to have time off work I have sent a message to my specialist and waiting to hear back but just want to know if anyone has ever experienced this Thank you!
