Bless you. I found lying down often helped. I think sometimes I just needed to be still. Having been up there for reduced movements myself I can honestly say they are amazing and never make you feel like your wasting time. They're always happy to reassure you. Hope little one gets her dancing shoes on now she's waking up. Lol.

thanks. We’ve had a hectic few days lots of walking and sitting in car so hoping she’s just tired out. Mums a nurse she’s going to do my blood pressure soon as my feet have been getting puffier too and not sure if I’m seeing eye floaters but think now it’s all in my head
