Sure start maternity grant
I still haven’t heard back from them they said 21 days or could be longer for a new uc claim and will be after payment. How long did others take ? They said I don’t know need to contact them on text message.

I never heard back, I just received my first payment a month later and then I had to call them as they didn’t send me out a letter with my payment plan on so maybe contact them after a month of you still haven’t received money/ your letter x
Ah ok I thought it was grant so you didn’t have pay anything back
You don’t have to pay back. It’s a one off payment. I still haven’t received mine and have called them which they said, it didn’t go through yet. I will have to call them back again, to check. If it is longer then 21days/ a month or more you can contact them. 😊 xo

I’ve still not received my grant either! As I have universal credit they said it’ll go in after my next payment so just waiting for that to happen, sorry I got mixed up 😂 x
Can everyone apply for this? Regardless of not claiming any other benefits etc x
