Has anyone flown with jet2 and been able to take a cabin approved buggy on board?

No, they don’t let you take the pushchair on board. You can use it up until the plane steps and then you have to hand it over and either reclaim immediately when coming off the plane or with baggage (depends where you’re flying to).
