Mum guilt
My little boy has a cold he’s okay within himself feeding and wetting normally. Took him to the drs as he had a little cough. Dr said his chest is clear and it’s just a cold.
I’m supposed to be going for my first evening out for food and couple of drinks tonight (walking distance from home)
My husband has told me to still go he will be fine with him, but I feel like I’m a bad mum if I go. Help…

I definitely feel the mum guilt bless you, as you are a walking distance from home, if you are happy, still go out with your friends and if you don’t feel it, come back home?
Your husband can always call you too if he needs you and can update you 😊
I felt mum guilt first time I went out but found out I actually needed a little downtime
I get the mum guilt but he’s with his dad, not being left with any old person! Go, have fun, he’s being looked after and loved ❤️
Thank you. Just feel so guilty, but he’s been bathed fed and in bed already daddy’s done good 🫶🏽
