How to tell family?
When my SIL was pregnant she got everyone presents to announce it and made a big deal (I got an “auntie” mug that I love, my mom got a “grandma” shirt, etc.) so now I feel like I have to do something big and I have nooo ideas. But we’re telling people this weekend so I don’t really have time to buy things.
Do most people do this? Or do most just say it out loud and not worry about being elaborate?

Our family reunion is this weekend so I just plan on letting my daughter loose wearing a big sister shirt
I’m planning to do one of those cards that shoots out confetti for my father in law. He’s a grumpy man, so it should be funny. You could always make cupcakes and write it on them.
