Heart palpitations

I asked my midwife about this yesterday and it’s one of the main symptoms of low iron and sure enough my test results came back showing low iron reserves so might be worth checking

I had this and it was low iron x

Mine was due to iron. I will say this though. My consultant put me on iron as she said I was borderline and wanted me to get it up for labour. It's made a huge difference. It helped with heart palpitations and my dizzyness. The midwifes didn't say anything about it to me though as I was classed as ok to them

Hm so confused my bloods have come back normal

I had this a few weeks ago, went to a&e because of this. I was told the most common symptom in pregnancy which they don't talk about it palpitations they was saying so many pregnant women come in cos of them! And he said especially in the 3rd trimester everything ramps up and gets worse! So it is totally normal, I was told to chill out and rest basically 🤣 also could be low iron I was low previously xxx
