This popped up last night and had not seem to have gone down, any ideas of what type of rash ? It’s on both front and back

Rubella
He is currently fighting a viral infection and has had fevers and sleepless nights so I’m not sure if that is all related
He doesn’t show signs of it hurting or being itchy either
Maybe heat bumps?
yeah I taking him today, cause it’s getting worse !
