Cough and running nose

Hi mom's! So my daughter woke up today with runny nose and just now having some cough. I called doctors to see if I could bring her in but they were all booked.. the nurse told me I can try Zarbees over the counter. I just got this one today and has anybody used it before for their toddler.??
