No hypno birthday classes
So been advised no hypno birthing classes at this present time! Should I find another provider? Where should I go or what do I do? First time mum ..do I need to attend classes cannot do last stage without knowledge surely?

I had the same email 😩 I cannot afford NCT and any other free classes I’ve seen appear to be during the work day 🤦♀️ I feel like I’m Going into motherhood with no knowledge 🙈
I’m probably being stupid but I had a baby in 2019 and never heard of hypnobirthing. What is it, why do you need it?
I did hypnobirthing through the positive birth company and whilst it still has a cost it's much cheaper than NCT as it's online. I found it helpful and liked that I could do it in my own time and my other half liked that he could watch the videos in small doses!
I did the free hypobirthing classes in 2020 with Colchester, to be honest I didn’t find them useful. I did pregnancy yoga (did cost!) in town with Naomi and found this much more beneficial!x
I did the free hypnobirthing classes in colchester but stopped after a couple as I just didn't find it useful. I watched YouTube videos from the positive birth company which taught me the breathing techniques and I found helped me more than the classes xx
