Miscarriage

Hey everyone, I’m 4.5 months postpartum and just found out today that I was pregnant again but heart stopped beating at 8 weeks. Everything has passed naturally thank god😫 just looking for some support because inside I’m breaking apart because of it but at the same time I’m also grateful because I have my 4.5 month old LB but feel like I shouldn’t feel grateful because there are plenty of women out there that can’t have their own children😭
