Covid

Oh bless you. From what I’ve heard babies don’t suffer as much as adults when they have covid so your baby shouldn’t be feeling as bad as you are hopefully. If she’s having her milk then she should be okay without the food.

Following because my partners got it, won’t be long before we do too!!

I’m sure food before one is just for fun, a few days of just milk won’t do her any harm! We had covid a few weeks ago and I feel for you it’s awful 😭 look after yourself, I’m not sure if you can reach out to HV or something for advice on help??? Xxx

I had covid a few weeks ago and my little boy was off his food as well. Not a problem at all as long as they are drinking their milk and have enough wet nappies! I went to the doctor and they told me Babies up to 1 year can be fed on milk exclusively so even if they stop eating solids altogether while they feel poorly, they will be completely fine on milk. Lots of sleep and cuddles help! I found that my little one slept a lot when we were both ill - was actually quite nice! Sending lots of love!

We had it a couple of months back. Both me and my partner felt horrendous. Literally pjs and sofa days for around 5 days. My little girl had it but she was fine. Just a bit of diarrhoea and a cough. But wasn’t overly grumpy

Thanks everyone! I ended up having to take her up to hospital last night advised by 111 because she was refusing all her bottles and calpol, but she's okay now and hopefully we'll be on the mend soon! ❤️ xx
