Rash

What is this rash? It is on my baby’s chest, belly and back. It has spread slowly over the past 24hrs .. is it heat rash? Does heat rash slowly spread? Baby has no other symptoms. Baby is 14 months old. I do not have a rash which makes me believe it’s not contagious.
