Yeah, he's going to be curious. Just draw a little tad pole looking thing, say that is about what a sperm looks like just much smaller. And you put it together with an egg it makes a baby.

Then distract him with pictures online of fetuses at different stages and maybe he won't ask how daddy got the sperm into mommy's egg.

That's an age they'll definitely ask more questions, and if they think you won't answer, they're going to ask others, like other kids, until someone gives them an answer. I think if a kid asks a real question, they deserve a real answer. That doesn't mean you need to give them all related facts right now, just factually answer the question in front of you. And maybe start looking at some books for kids that you can share, it makes it easier to stick to the point.
