Is this a rash or reaction?

My 2 month old recieved her immunizations 3 days ago. She woke up today with these rough red patches on her arms, eyes, chest. One of her eyes is a bit swollen as well. Is this due to the immunizations? Or a reaction to something else?

I think it's a reaction to something else, only because you said your baby had gotten the shots a couple of days ago. Usually, reactions to anything happen within a couple of hours after. I would try to eliminate any other possibilities. For example, did you use a different laundry detergent or body wash? Does your little one still have the red patches?
