Diaper rash dilemma

It might be a little bit of a hassle but taking your baby over to the sink and gently cleaning them with warm soapy water in between each diaper change until it clears up along side a daily bath. Just make sure your cleaning inside all their little crevasses too. And then of course make sure they are completely dry and apply a diaper rash cream/ or ointment afterwards. I use Honest all purpose balm. It should start to improve by the next day and then it will continue to until it’s gone.

And continue this method at the earliest of any future diaper rash to prevent from getting another one.

I’ll have to try it, we have a detachable shower head we could probably use. It seems the last wash we did which was the baking soda bath might have helped a little but I don’t mind giving a quick rinse between each change to make her feel better

If its got bumps that kinda look like pimples it could be a yeast infection or staph. That happened to my LO after a day at the pool. We had the pediatrician look at it and they prescribed an ointment and cleared it up in a few days

I hope so to, I’m not sure what’s going on but she’s pooping every other diaper change so that doesn’t help

it’s just redness for now and it’s really bad, but we have been to the public pool recently so I’ll keep a close eye on it

I swear by cornstarch after every diaper changes when mine gets diaper rash.
