Help! Acne
I’ve started getting such big cyst like spots, mainly on my face.. I’ve had this huge thing pop up over the last week and it’s so huge I don’t know how to get rid of it 😩 the picture doesn’t do it justice either it’s so big and right on the side of my face. Any advice on how to get rid of it ? I’ve tried ice, boiling salt water, there’s no head on it to pop it either. It’s horrendous. I have to go into work on Tuesday and I really don’t want to go with this thing on my face as makeup doesn’t cover it at all. Any advice?

Hi and sorry for the late comment as i don’t come on here. I find I have the same issue when I consume dairy and even sugar, maybe it’s your diet but I take vitamins and gummies which sort of help. Hope that helps somewhat
Could it be something other than a pimple? Is it painful? Sometimes with PCos and the blood sugar imbalances and oxidative stress skin tags can come up and other skin growths even moles. Get it checked by a skin doctor.
