What do people wear when they give birth?

Never had a water birth but I've seen some people just wear a long t-shirt

I just wore an oversized nightie. I'm not sure about what to wear for a water birth though

I’m very body conscious and I wore a bralet from primark and an oversized tshirt an soon enough I only had the bralet on 🤣 just wear what you feel most comfortable in !

I had planned to just be naked in the pool but in the end for some reason never got round to taking my top off 😂 It made skin to skin a bit of a faff when he was born, but yeh safe to say in the moment I didn't notice what I was wearing, I hope that eases your anxiety a bit

I had a water birth and took a bikini top with me (a bit sports bra looking).. I never actually ended up wearing it and just wrecked the bra I had on when I went into labour 😂

I’m very self conscious about that kind of thing but honestly once those contractions start it’s the last thing on your mind 😅

I took a black bikini top in case I went in the water but also wore black camisole nighty. I ended up with a section so had a lovely gown on in the end haha x
