I heave/bork all the time (no vomiting) thank god but does anyone have any advice?

Travel sickness bands helped me massively! Also making sure you eat (even though it’s the last thing you want to do!) I found even if I ate a bit of a small cracker or something it helped.

I did travel sickness bands, peppermint tea, ginger biscuits and lots of crackers!! Also managed yoghurts but it depended on how I was feeling. Mainly lived ok beige food

Apples helped me. At some point I was only eating apples 🤣

I used nausea candies. Worked so well even while I was working I could just pop one in my mouth and it made me feel so much better.

I bought some of these, polo mints and ginger biscuits

I havnt tried those. Oo please let me know how they work.
Mine was mint and ginger.

I bought some queasy days candies from amazon, they seem to be good, only has one so far

I'll definitely be getting some to try.
