Implant help!!!!

So yesterday I walked into a part of my wall that has a sticky-out bit and it’s grazed just above my implant area but all last night my arm has been numb and today the implant area has been aching. I believe I can feel both ends of the implant.
I guess all I’m asking for is to see if anyone else has experienced this or if I should go and get it checked? I don’t want to waste doctors time if I know it’s going to go back to normal.
