It’s probably yeast, common in rolls you just gotta make sure you get them real clean in the bath And what not. If it doesn’t clear up after washing it give the Ped a call! My niece used to get them I think she got meds to help it. My son had gotten a similar thing on his neck like your baby there and all I had to do was wash him up and it cleared up. And now only does it if attention isn’t paid.

That looks like a yeast infection my baby had it. Go to your ped. They will prescribe either cream or powder

I would clean with warm water and dry thoroughly everyday until it went away. It’s caused by moisture in there

My baby had this in armpit and the creases of his legs around his pubic area. I just use warm water and soap in his baby towel to clean it really good then make sure I separate the folds and get them completely dry after every bath. I’ve been doing that a few days and it’s cleared up

Next pedestrian visit mention this and they will give you a powder to put on it every day

But I find just keeping dry and clean allowed it to heal

Make sure to keep the milk, tears and sweat off of the area as well as their armpit folds

My oldest had that a few times, its just cuz theyre so chunky and milk and drool gets stuck in the neck. Clean it with a clean, dry towel multiple times a day while applying a antifungal cream. We also put a little baby powder there to help soak up moisture and within a day or two it was cleared up. Then make sure bath times you are really getting in there to clean the neck and any other extra chubby folds baby may have

Looks like a yeast infection. My LO used to get it in his armpits around this age. We just cleaned the area regularly and dried it out using a towel and corn starch baby powder and it cleared up in a couple of days.

my baby's looks similar to that. dru and clean and can use Vaseline or sudocreme. If it it becomes worse may need special cream

Honestly this is so normal! Just keep clean and sudocrem. Wish I knew that sooner as my daughter actually has scares from this now xxx

That looks very raw. I’d be putting on a barrier cream of some sort - the thicker the better. Probably some Vaseline and stay on top of dribble

Thank you everyone :) just an update, met with doctor - Moist in skin due to various factors as mentioned in comments above and additional to it dead skin cells in neck folds. Doc asked to wipe with soft cloth and keep dry, fyi - did not suggest any cream or powder.
