Wake windows & sleep

My LO is 5 months and I feel like he still has newborn sleeping patterns. The max he can usually stay awake during his wake window before becoming very fussy is around 45 mins-an hour. And then he becomes super irritable and fussy. And then he will sleep (with me holding him) for 1-2 hours. I thought by now his wake windows would be around 2 hours?

He is a small babe- still in 0-3 month clothes and weighs around 13 pounds. Should I be concerned???
