Oh yes. Most of my diet is fish and prawns. I have gone off chicken/turkey (can’t stand the smell or even the look of it). Okay there is a high mercury risks with fish etc - but cod, salmon and shrimps are low of mercury. So unless you eat tons and tons of it for 10 years every day all day - you are fine!
I don’t have a lot of tuna or canned fish - I read a study that these would be high in mercury than cooked fresh fish but again, you can have it a little bit with no concerns. 😊
